Booking An Appointment

Please request for an appointment by visiting this page. After submitting your request, you will receive an email from us within 48 hours. The email will contain the earliest dates and time slots available, together with the payment details. Please note that payment must be made for a booking to be confirmed.


Any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made in writing (via e-mail) 24 hours before the time of the scheduled appointment. 50% of the session fee will be charged for any cancellations made 24 hours to the time of the appointment. Rescheduling of appointments can be made within 24 hours to the time of your appointment. 

No refunds will be made in the case of no-shows and cancellations made less than 8 hours prior to the appointed time.  For cancellations made between 8 to 12 hours to the time of the appointment, 80% of the session fee will be charged.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive for your appointment on time. As a courtesy to the client who has booked the next appointment, your session will still end at the original scheduled time.
