Cancellations

Any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made in writing (via e-mail) 24 hours before the time of the scheduled appointment. 50% of the session fee will be charged for any cancellations made 24 hours to the time of the appointment. Rescheduling of appointments can be made within 24 hours to the time of your appointment. 

No refunds will be made in the case of no-shows and cancellations made less than 8 hours prior to the appointed time.  For cancellations made between 8 to 12 hours to the time of the appointment, 80% of the session fee will be charged.

 

For Merchandise

No cancellation or exchange of any products purchased are allowed. 

Refund or exchange of merchandise will only be due to a defect on the item purchased. Defects must be reported within 3 days upon receipt of items.
