Roy founded The Positive Room, a science-based coaching company dedicated to improving the overall well-being of people's lives. Prior to setting up his practice, he has over 20 years of helping large, fast-paced multinational companies improve customer retention and strategizing on transformation plans. His passion and responsibility in ensuring the well-being of many corporate professionals enabled them to thrive in their career. For Roy, helping people flourish in their lives is the most rewarding and fulfilling part of his life. He graduated with a BA in Psychology and is a practising Psychotherapist and a Positive Psychology Coach. Roy also has an MBA in Strategic Marketing and volunteers at the Association of Psychotherapists and Counsellors as an active executive committee member.

Yujuan Wang

Art Facilitator & Coach

Being an art enthusiast, Yujuan was self-taught to paintings and has been challenging herself to make art everyday. 
She has been holding art workshops to the public regularly as well as invited to Community Centers to conduct art workshops for senior residents.
With a bachelor degree from NUS, she is currently doing a Master in Applied Positive Psychology, while getting herself trained as a psychology counsellor and positive psychology coach. 
Her great passion in both Art and Therapy, together with her belief in “Sharing makes you bigger than you are” pushed her to promote the importance of self-awareness, well-being and on what art and creativity can do to us. 


Jeslyn Lim

Developmental Psychologist and Certified Hypnotist

Jeslyn is a certified practitioner of Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) and a member of  Association for IEMT Practitioner. She is also a full member of Singapore Psychological Society (SPS), as well as the president of Association of Psychotherapy and Counsellors Singapore (APACS). With extensive experience working in the service and education sectors, she had attained vast opportunities to work with disadvantaged and disenfranchised children, youth, as well as adults (with specialty in the psychological dysfunction, intellectually disabled individuals and their families).

As a psychologist and a hypnotherapist, she took charge of clinical assessment and program, individual behavioural plan (IBP) development, clinical supervision and clinical meetings with parents. With experience in behavioural and language intervention (trained in ABLLS™‐R, ABA & VB techniques/ physiology) and alongside with hypnotherapeutic work, she is National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) Certified with an Advanced Certification In 5-PATH®, as well as a 7th PATH Self-Hypnosis Teacher. Jeslyn works closely with clients in achieving individualised learning goals progressively. Apart from her work experience in the social service industry, she had also spent years in the private sector at management level, ensuring employees’ well-being by performing conflict resolution, and providing counselling services.
